St George's Church, Brandon Hill, Bristol floor renovation

Our company provided professional floor refurbishment for St. George's Church in Bristol. Below you can see some of the pictures showing the works as well as read more about what range of works we have performed. The church floor renovation project have resulted in a completely new and fashionable flooring surface.

 

St George's was built for use as a church in the Clifton area of Bristol, England, between 1821 and 1823 by the architect Sir Robert Smirke, who designed it in the Greek Revival style. St George’s Bristol is one of the country’s leading concert halls. It boasts a superb acoustic and unique atmosphere which attracts the world’s best artists. A full and vibrant programme, with over 250 events each year, makes it an incredibly popular and important venue for all kinds of music.

Avon hardwood Flooring has been chosen to refurbish wooden floors in St George’s Church main hall. It was very challenging project the floors has never been sanded before since the Church has been build. Our work was to sand and varnish the floors to bring it back to shine again!
